 Caitlin Taffe — Editor-in-chief

caitlin-taffe

Hey y’all my name is Caitlin but I often go by Kate. I’m born and raised here in the SF Bay Area, specifically in Berkeley. I did my undergraduate study in Sacramento, CA; the unknown capital of the Golden State. I’m currently getting my Master of International Business at HULT International Business School and will start my Master of International Marketing with HULT next fall. I spent the year between my bachelors and starting at HULT teaching surfing in Cape Town, South Africa; teaching English in Mianyang, Sichuan, China; and then taking the slow way home over 2.5 months. I’m always down for a new adventure so I’ve made it a goal to explore California as much as possible over the next year, and I’m always looking for a good road trip DJ. So let’s explore, check a few things off our bucket lists, read new books, maybe get a tattoo. I’m excited to share this crazy year with you via The Hultian!

16936102_10212369824983726_2088212083_oI come from El Salvador, a small country in Central America which is known as the “Pulgarcito”, or pinky, of the Americas, where the weather is tropical year-round. I am currently an undergraduate student and have been living in San Francisco for about two years. I am still trying to adapt to the weather. Currently, I am seeking to extend the reach of Hult students, to learn more about one another’s rich cultures; what better way to accomplish this than by being part of The Hultian Magazine.
